    • Non-Refundable Deposit of 10% with Purchase Order & Prior to Inspection If these units do not pass the customer's inspection, the deposit is refundable minus US $20,000.00 for security expenses at the site where these units are stored.
    • Non-Refundable 70% Deposit after customer's inspection.
    • 20% prior to shipment.
    • All payments via Electronic Wire Transfer All sales are final.
    • Expiration of Offer: This letter of intent and sale offer is valid for a period of 5 days from the date of this letter. Upon acceptance, we shall work together to finalize the formal agreement and execute the sale within the specified timeframe.
