Soy Peptone High-quality raw materials for industrial fermentation


Source: Papain digested soybean powder (USP grade), using defatted soybean powder as raw material, involving the provisions of genetically modified biological products (GMO) in the identity preservation regulations (product traceability requirements), papain digested soybean powder does not involve the GMO component.

Regulation: the peptone contains no animal ingredients and genetically modified ingredients (according to European Directive 2001 / 18 / CE). However, because it contains soy protein, it can not be considered as non allergenic (Annex IIIA of EU Directive 2003 / 89 / EC, updated with 2006 / 142 / EC). It can be used for kosher.


 
Application

Scope of application: the product is characterized by relatively high carbohydrate content. Due to its good density, particle size and clarity, this peptone is mainly used for industrial fermentation, which can make a variety of microorganisms including yeast and probiotics grow rapidly and vigorously.
