Product Description:
2,3-Dimethyl pyrazine is a colorless to yellowish liquid, with mildew, nut skin, cocoa, baked potato, coffee and roast, cream, meat aroma, with burnt protein and cocoa fruit aroma. Boiling point 156ºC, flash point 64ºC. Mixily soluble in water and most organic solvents.Natural products are found in cocoa, coffee, potato chips, river shrimp, fragrant papaya and so on.
