Big bag station/The ton bag unloading staion: when the raw material is packed in big ton bags, then our this machine can unpack it and send the material into the extrusion machine
Rotary charger send the material into the feeder and then the feeder  feed the Raw material into the extruder equally and smoothly.Main feeder and several side feeder can feed different kinds of the material into the extruderIf there is some material need to be weighted, the we can use a weightlessness feeder to weight it, so that the material can be feeded into the extruder exactly.Screw elements, barral and the core  of the machine
Screen changer,The material come out from the die(pull trap like noodles pelletizing way, PET must use this pelletizing way. PC, KPE ABS are also need pull strap pelletizing way. )Water tank can cool the material and the gale dryer will blow the water on the surface of the mateiral, then the pelletizer will cut the material into granules.Speed of pelletizer can be controlled, so that the size of granules can be tested by the speed of the pelletizer. Then you can use a dryer mixer to dry the material again.
