Structure
The STARSE Bridge Slot Screen(PPS) comprises a perforated central base pipe, a spiral bridge-slit outer jacket, and support ring, boasting a straightforward structure. By optimally selecting the dimensions of the spiral bridge-slit, it aids in establishing stable sand bridges, thereby offering a certain degree of sand control. This screen is ideally suited for formations with relatively low sand production, primarily functioning to support the wellbore. The manufacturing range for the slit sizes lies within 0.20mm to 1.0mm.
