1. Can we visit your factory? How can I get there?  

Re: Warmly welcome to our factory,before you come, please give us call or email,let up know your schedule, and we can arrange our driver to pick you up from the airport or hotel. 

2. Terms of transportation?

Re:in general,we free delivery the cargo to the port which nearby your company. 

3. Please adsvise minimum size of the order for free transportation?

Re:in general we have no Min quantity of each items, more quantity more lower.

4. What approximate transit time to receive the goods?

Re:we spend 30-60 days prouducing goods, 30-40 days from Qigndao port to customer country. 

5. Do you help with import customs clearance of the goods or does it have to be arranged by ourselves?

Re: customer make custom clearance by themslef normally, but we can do DDU trade term for you if you need our help.

6. Do you offer any discount?

Re:if you have big quantity we can give you discount.

7. Are there any other potential costs we will have to pay?

Re:you need pay the cost of custom clearance and VAT.

8. Could you please also confirm if you produce both 304 and 316 type of the stainless steel products? Which type of finish do your products have?

Re: we can do SS304 and SS316. satin surface and mirror surface.

9. Please advise you payment terms.
