Vertical jacket kettle in stainless steel 304, which with jacket inside the walls for steam inject and heating. It takes the steam as thermal source. The inner surface contacted with product are all SUS304 or SUS316, which is mirror finished. Outer surface is matt finished.
Tilting jacketed kettle use the same jacketed, the difference between tilting jacketed kettle and vertical jacketed kettle is only the way of discharge, vertical cooking pan or cooking vat have a drainage pipe at the pot bottom while tilting cooking kettle do not have such discharge pipe.
