Static seal is a heavy duty gland static seal,it is for replacing an o-ring and backup ring's combination.Advantages: Very resistant to distortion, easy to install, long service life, the material is very resistant to extrusion.



Dumbbell seal: A static (best applied) seal that relies on pressure tightening and can be used as a one-way or two-way seal. When the pressure rises, the radial sealing force, which ensures good sealing performance, also increases. Due to its flexibility, it is easy to install and can be installed quickly without the use of any auxiliary equipment. This seal is produced using polyurethane material, which is excellent in terms of wear resistance, service life and extrusion resistance.

In the current hydraulic cylinder design, the O-ring or O-ring combination is mainly used as a static seal, but this sealing solution has a certain risk in assembly, because the O-ring is prone to distortion and the position of the stop may not be optimal. This solution also shows shortcomings in the case of pressure pulsation and dirt intrusion. In this case, dumbbell seals, as static hydraulic seals for individual components, can be an ideal replacement.
