HEAVY DUTY CENTRIFUGAL FANS

MTX-A1 series pressure blower is widely used to convey particles/granules or other materials,
and also generally used in forging furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation.
It is characterized by small flow, high wind pressure, effective wind extraction, and air supply.
 

It can convey Air and non-corrosive, non-self-igniting, non-self-explosive, non-volatile,
non-viscous gas, medium temperature generally does not exceed 80°C, dust, and hard particles
The medium content is not more than 150mg / m3.

These blowers are produced for customers' special requests. If the customer has other
requirements, pressure, and air volume that are not included in the following list,

FAN CASING

The casing is formed from the Q235 steel sheet to stainless steel SS316 or 304 with integral supports.
After production, the grey/red/white/orange paint finish is applied; optional hot dip galvanization,
furnace paint, or epoxy paint is available. On the fan casing, there is an aerodynamic round Inlet.
 

IMPELLER

Impellers are produced from Q235 Steel Sheet, stainless steel, ZAlSi7Mn Aluminium, or FRP.

Static and dynamic vibration defects are recovered after production according to the appropriate ISO norms.

WHEEL SIZES:  UP TO 160 INCHES (4,065 MM)

DRIVEN TYPE
Direct driven, belt driven, coupling driven.
 

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES

Inlet silencer or outlet silencer, flexible connector, air shutter.
