A prototype is made before producing each steel tyre batch. Each and every steel tyre is subjected to ultrasonic, hardness and eddy current testing.


Rough Wheel Tyres for wheel sets for railway rolling stock are manufactured as forged and rolled steel rings.

Sizes: HOT ROLLED Steel Tyres for rolling stock of 600-2000 mm in diameter.

Tolerance: Wheel tyres width: < 4mm, other dimensions according to standard (EN, GOST, PN)

Material: 42CrMoA, 50Mn, 50SiMn, 35SiMn, B3N

Heat treating: Normalized, Quenched and Tempered

Packing: Loose or 4-5 PCS bundles

Test and Certificates: Test are performed according to specification of appropriate standards, in house test or indicated by the customers. EN10204 Standard.

Forging Workshop:
Until 2013, three production line are running every day to support customers both in domestic market and international market.
7000 Ton Hydraulic Press and 3000 Ton Hydraulic Press, supporting us to offer the products with big weight.

Machining Workshop:
With right CNC machines to support three production line, our machines let us to offer  precision machining service up to 5000mm.

Heat Treating Workshop:
With right way of heat treatment to seamless rolled forged ring, we offered products with good performance on technical properties, like hardness, no cracks, good impcat and etc.
