GORVIA S363 Acrylic Structural Adhesive is a two-component adhesive is translucent after solidification, with a ratio of 10:1. Fast-curing adhesive is used to bond low-surface-energy polyolefin materials(good for plastics), and almost no surface treatment is required. Good environmental endurance and aging resistance. Hourly operating time: 2.5-3 minutes, 2-3 hours can reach the operating intensity.

2. According to the amount of glue application reasonable cutting nozzle outlet
3. abandon the initial mix of glue, to avoid the glue is not mixed evenly
4. For large bonding area, apply glue on both bonding surfaces. 5. For small area bonding, apply glue on one side of the bonding surface.
5. Use clamps or heavy objects to keep the substrate from shifting after bonding.
5. Initial bond strength can be reached in 10-15 minutes after bonding, and maximum strength is reached after 24 hours of complete curing.
