The sublimation offset ink is easy to use, the operation details are as the following:Sublimation ink is one of heat transfer printing ink. Use the ink to print image on paper as the first step, then use the heat press machine to dye the image on polyester fabric and textile.
1. We always use good quality and healthy materials to make our ink. So our ink is environment friendly, and no harmful to body.
2. We have a special process to refine the dyes granula fineness. So our ink can get better dye degree, and color is better.
3. We have strict quality control system, for each batch ink production, we will test its parameters and color, in order to make sure that our sublimation ink is excellent.
The following is our ink dyes granula fineness test result: most dyes granula diameter distribute in 1-3 μm.
The heat transfer printing data as the following:

Attention:
When use our sublimation offset ink, please pay attention to the following items:
1. The image should be designed mirror image, when you make design on computer.
2. When printing, the color sequence Black-Magenta-Cyan-Yellow.
3. The color on paper is different from the color on fabric. The color will change deeper after heat pressing on fabric.
The use scope is wide, nearly for all polyester fabric or polyester coated substance, it can print.
For small quantity, we will send it by Express, like FedEx, UPS.
For large quantity, we will send it by sea.
