Product Description:
Sugar Small Bag Dumping Station Dust-free Bag Unloader (also known as manual dumping stations) collects dust generated when dumping powder and bulk solids from bags, boxes, drums, and other containers, and returns the material to the hopper or other machine. The system reduces material waste and eliminates the need to clean a remote dust collection site, while protecting workers and preventing plant contamination.
During operation, the bag is placed on the bag grating. The operator opens the bag and dumps the material through the grate to the discharge hopper below. Dust particles from the bag dumping operation are carried by the air flow into the filter section where the dust particles are collected on the filter element.
