Machine house is 304 stainless steel which meets to GMP standard by pharmacy.
The operation of the machine is controlled via a computerized operator interface of touch screen. Parameters are set through this interface. Bag length can be automatically controlled via a film registration eye. Precise bag length and registered cutting is assured. Touch screen is connected with PLC. PLC is programmer for storing many system data. Touch screen can offer many languages, English, Russia, Spanish and Portuguese...etc. All electronic parts are imported brand, Panasonic PLC, Weinview touch screen, SMC solenoid vavle, etc.
Feeding system we use European technology. This sliding feeding plate is especially applied to good free-flowing powdered product like coffee and creamer. It is easy to feed powder and will not harm the powder. This system makes machine feed so smooth. The filling amount could be changed line by line via the handle on machine.
Sealing system is European style. Special painted technology make film filling more stable and smooth. It will never stick at the sealing.
The unique clamping system on machine stops the powder filling before sealing to ensure the sealing clean and nice.
The additional horizontal assist system helps lead screw running and horizontal sealing.
Advanced film bracket makes film changing more simple. It saves labor. At the same time it will not affect machine running or waste the film and package. Machine can work continuously.
