Suspend permanent magnetic belt separator can protect downstream important and in most cases very expensive equipments from being potentially damaged by tramp metal.
Contain:supporting frame, iron cleaning belt,permanent core, iron core, shell, driving drum, driven drum,motor,reducer, etc.

Working principle:
When the material mixed in ferromagnetic impurities pass through the suspension magnetic iron separator,the ferromagnetic impurities will be absorbed and collected on the self cleaning magnetic separator belt,with the movement of the self cleaning belt,the ferromagnetic impurities will be out of the magnetic field,then release beyond the product flow automatically.
Work with metal detector to achieve optimum protection:
Suspended Magnetic separators are also used in combination with metal detectors to offer complete peace of mind. This will ensure that any metal material embedded or trapped in or under the ore that may escape the magnetic separator do not pass the metal detector. Once a metal detector is tripped, the conveyor will stop and human intervention is required. This will ensure no metal components end up in the process that will cause costly problems.
