Swing Check Valves with Lever Arm and Weight

Check valve is an automatic valve, which is also called inverted valve or back valve.

It relies on the flow of the medium itself to automatically open and close the disc to prevent the backflow of the medium.  

ln order to avoid any accidents the medium is limited for one-way flow.

Check valves are mainly divided into the following types according to their structure: swing check valve, lifting check valve and butterfly plate check valve.

1, Automatic open and close under the medium pressure inside the pipe. It is a kind of automatic valve.

2, Prevent medium backflow, one direction flow.

3, Can attach spring kit or counter weight to help the disc close faster, This could eliminate damageable water hammer.

4, It can also attach the air cushion cylinder. At the beginning the valve close quickly. But when disc close to 70% close position, the air cushion cylinder will start to work and help the disc close slowly. This could prevent the medium in the pipe to build up pressure and damage the pipe system.
