Q1: Does the lamplight on automatically?

A: Yes, it will light on automatically at darkness no matter which mode except "OFF".

Q2: Can I order samples for solar street light?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q3: What about the lead time?

A:3 workdays for sample, 7-15workdays for batch order(more than 100pcs).

Q4: Do you offer a guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer a 3-5 year warranty for our products.

Q5: Can the lamp be used in a strong wind environment?

A: Of course yes, as we take Aluminum-alloy holder, solid and firm, Zinc plated, anti-rust corrosion.

Q6: What's the difference between the Motion sensor and the PIR sensor?

A: Motion sensor also called radar sensor, works by emitting high-frequency electric waves and detecting people's movement.PIR sensor works by detecting environment temperature changing, which usually is 3-5 meters sensor distance. But motion sensors can reach 10 meters distance and be more accurate and sensitive.

Q7: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.5%.Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send replacements with new orders for small quantities.
