VendAssureTM (Drop Sensor)
Fitted as standard, VendAssureTM uses invisible light beams above the product retrieval chamber to detect falling products. If after selection, a product fails to fall into the retrieval chamber, then the vend motor will turn two more times. If the product still fails to fall, the customer is given the choice to make another selection or receive a refund. VendAssureTM reduces service calls and refund claims while improving customer satisfaction.

A: Established in 2003, we have more than 14 years experience in manufacturing automatic vending
machine.  TCN vending machines can be used for 8-10 years.
Q2: What is the life time of cash payment system (Coin changer & Bill acceptor)?
A: We adopt ITL bill acceptor by default, which are made in UK and with the service life up to 5 years 
on average. For coin changer,  NRI, ICT, MEI for options to meet different requirements. 
Q3: What is warranty and after sales services about TCN Vending Machine?
A: One year warranty, life-long service. Any technical questions, our after sales service team promised  
to reply and solve problem within 24 hours by video, Skype, cellphone, E-mail, pictures…
Q4: What is the brand and life time of the compressor used in TCN vending machines?
A: We use very famous branded Embraco compressor, which is famous for its stable quality and
energy efficient.
Q5: Are the machines difficult to maintain?
A: It's not difficult at all, and you even don't need a technician. Our machines have the 
intelligent self-diagnosing and self-correcting functions, so you will easily locate and 
fix the problem when there is a trouble on.
For example, when a tray motor gets jammed, an error code will be shown on the display screen, then you just need to access machine settings and try to get the motor rotate for a circle by running 
"motor testing", and if the motor is not broken inside, it will be automatically got back to its initial 
position and sort the jam out.
