Furnace:
High efficient heat insulating structure: Usage of high density and high force heat insulating material, unique installation technique lowers power consumption and insolating from other components.
Each heating zone has item own thermocouple, heating force and temperature change as per glass size.
Quenching section: With special iron roller, no deformation. The shape and structure are critical to the tempering quality.
Control system: With high performance Beckhoff controller system and all electric elements had been used for many years.
