PROAIR TUMBLE DRYER FOR WOVEN FABRIC




Basic Principle:
PROAIR is a new concept of tumbling which provide various finishing result for different kinds of fabric.
With special designed venturi tube and high efficiency blower motor , PROAIR can provide a high speed suspend and transport for fabric .With several times transporting, fabric will hit the baffle repeatly. Which helps achieve a high efficiency tumbling and drying result.

Features:
1. The upper and lower blower speed, exhaust blower speed, entry and exit speed, temperature and fabric duration time inside the chamber , all the adjustable according to different textile material and process. 
2. Loading capacity in chamber and hitting time can be set by means of fabric weight and timing.
3. PROAIR allow running single and multi fabric together, flexible production.

Process:
Fabric Inlet -- hit the right baffle - hit the left baffle - hit the right baffle -- hit the left baffle - hit the right baffle - fabric outlet.

Advantages:
1. Fabric movement is driven by air, very low tension.
2. Airflow speed is much higher than fabric movement speed, the high speed air current can raise up the pile on the fabric surface by continuous blowing to front and back direction.
3. Fabric hit the s/s fence driven by high speed air current, much better tumbling effect compare with traditional tumbling.
4. Drying and tumbling process by PROAIR, the front and back fabric movement and strong hitting on the s/s fence, it will cause the fabric achieve extra bulkiness and super soft hand feel.
