      Laird's Tflex™HD700 is the newest addition to our High Flex series.Tflex™HD700 combines a thermal conductivity of 5 W/mK with excellent pressure deflection characteristics. This combination minimizes the stresses applied to the component while reducing thermal resistance. As a result, both mechanical and thermal stresses on the device are reduced.
