How to Make Pellets


  1. Use a Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher to break down wood logs, chips, or other materials into smaller pieces.

  2. Use a Dryer, such as a rotary drum dryer or air-flow dryer, to reduce the moisture content of the sawdust or other materials to between 8-15%. This moisture content is ideal for pelletizing.

  3. Gradually feed the sawdust or materials into the pellet machine. For large-scale pellet production, a screw feeder is recommended to ensure a stable feeding of raw materials.

  4. After pelletizing, the pellets are hot and cannot be directly packed. They need to be cooled using a pellet cooler.

  5. Next, the pellets go through a vibrating sieve. Good pellets will be separated, while broken ones or powder will be collected for reproduction.

  6. Finally, the pellets can be packed using a pellet packing machine
