 Product introduction

1)The base of colorful stone-coated metal roofing tiles is galvalume, as well as vermiculites processed by high technique on its surface. The multi-layer design is environment friendly as well as being in modern style.

2)The base of colorful metal roofing tile is galvalume or galvanized sheet. The processing of the surface adopts techniques of painting and coloring at high temperature. It is environment-friendly multi-layer composite material as roofage. The processing techniques and surface materials are different from those of colorful stone-coated metal roofing tiles. Any color is available as long as the color sample is offered.

3)Compare to the galvanized sheet, galvalume is more durable, heat-resisting, heatproof and anti-corrosion. It is generally believed that steel sheet can guarantee 30 years without being rusted or eroded in various conditions.

4)The colorful vermiculite has been processed at high temperature, thus to be brightly-colored, and never faded.

The specification of each piece of tile is 1170mm(Length)*420mm(Width) and the weight is about 2.4kg/PC and there are six waves, the base layer is galvalume with 0.4mm thickness.

Packaging
Wooden tray with surface water-proof thin film, each wooden tray can hold 400PCS of colorful stone-coated galvalume roofing tiles and the weight is about 1 ton, each 20ft container can hold about 7200-9000PCS according to different destinations.
