Heat efficiency can reach 98% . Outside the cooker is not in high temperature in case any scald . 

Structure :
The equipment consist of cooker body , frame , mixer , heating system , adjustable speed regulator , mixing shaft, tilting system 

The dome end is one time fast pressuring , there is very tiny error on sizes . 
The scraper will be highly fitted with cooker body , so the food can be scraped thoroughly , and won't be pasted . 

The scraper adopts high strength PTFE, can bear high temperature , non-toxic,food grade . 

PLC auto control , can better control the mixing time and mixing style .
