What is Aspartame?
 
Aspartame, which is made up of aspartate and phenylalanine, can be absorbed in the body as quickly as protein and does not accumulate in the body. It is considered safe and reliable by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations.It is safe for adults to consume 40 mg/kg per day, which is far greater than the normal amount of sugar. Regular consumption does not produce dental caries, does not affect blood sugar, will not cause obesity, hypertension and coronary heart disease.
 
The calorific value of aspartame is only 4186 kJ/kg, which is 1/200 of that of sucrose. The perceived sweetness of aspartame was 2.8 mg/dL, whereas sucrose was only 0.636 mg/dL. The sweetness of aspartame has a cool, non-bitter, liquorice and metallic taste, which adds to the fruit flavor of the
