BOPA (Nylon) film is highly susceptible to moisture absorption, which can adversely affect its use, leading to size variations, inaccurate overprinting, insufficient composite strength, foaming, and more. It is therefore crucial to ensure adequate protection in humid environments, with attention to:'s necessary to make protection under high humidity environment. Specific attention should be paid to the following issues:
  • Avoid premature opening of the package before use.
  • Aim to utilize the entire quantity in one go, and securely wrap any remaining material with high-barrier packaging.
  • Maintain appropriate temperature and humidity levels in the workshop.
