I. Operation Instructions:
1. Push the sampling ladder to the designated position
2. Slowly turn the hand wheel to raise the aluminum ladder
3. Push the sampling ladder to align the top hatch of the tanker truck
4. Then open the four legs of the sampling ladder, twist the adjustment rod to fix the bottom bowls of the adjustment legs on the ground and lock them.
5. The ladder platform falls on the tanker truck before people can climb and operate
