1. Are you factory or trading company?
Chongqing Sincereal Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of paper tube since 2012.

2. What is the MOQ?
500 pcs for each size/design, the more the cheaper.
Please let us know for smaller quantity.

3. What details is required for a quick quotation?
Please offer us the material, structure, size, color, quantity, surface finishing, logo or design etc.

4. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price is confirmed, you can require samples to check the quality.
1) Our stock sample is free(just need to pay the freight cost), you can check the printing and paper quality, sample preparation time is 1-3 workdays; 2) For new sample making, there is 30usd-100usd sample cost(filming and printing cost) according to the products' craftwork, it takes about 5-7 workdays for sample making.

5. What format design file is required for printing?
1) The popular ones: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD
2) Bleed size: 3-5mm
3) Resolution: no less than 1200PI and the higher, the better

6. What is the production time?
7-15 workdays after payment received and design confirmed, depend on the material, design, quantity etc.
