10:how to properly use the flash machine: when you make 3mm flash foam you should put somethong soft about 4mm in thickness on the foam to make sure when it can give enough presure to the foam

11:normally when you make stamp just adjust the energy for small size to 4 will enough and exposure one time its ok. if for very big stamp for example:50x80mm you can adjust the energy to 7 then exposure 2 time is enough.

12:normally machine will no problem what if lamps has any problem within 3 years we can give you new lamps for free.
