Product Overview
The TTL-232R-5V-WE from FTDI is an USB to UART cable with +5V TTL level UART signals. It incorporates FTDI's FT232RQ USB to serial UART interface IC which handles all the USB signalling and protocols. The cable provides fast, simple way to connect devices with TTL level serial interface to USB. It contains small internal electronic circuit board utilising FT232R which is encapsulated into USB connector at end of the cable. The cable has unterminated bare and tinned wires at other and.
