Precautions for installation and maintenance:
1. Use appropriate high-speed circular data for cutting, and there must be a fixed device limit during the cutting process. After cutting, blow the sawdust in the hole with air.
2. The sheet can be cold-bent, the direction must be parallel to the ribs, 3% of the expansion space is reserved, and the embedding amount of not less than 20 mm on both sides should be sealed with a rubber strip.
3. The side printed with the pattern must be facing the sun during installation. During the installation process, first remove the edge of the protective film by about 5 cm. After the installation is complete, tear off the protective film. It is strictly forbidden to use sharp tools when removing the protection.
4. When drilling installation is required, the plate will be displaced due to expansion. The diameter of the hole should be greater than 50% of the screw diameter. When drilling on four sides, it should be more than 20 mm from the edge of the plate.
5. During the installation process, the construction personnel cannot directly stand on the board to construct. They need to pad the board with the board surface and fix the board to the frame before they can walk on the board surface.
6. The board surface should not be contacted with alkaline substances and aggressive organic solvents, such as acid glass glue, alkali, basic salt, amine, ketone, aldehyde, ester, ether, halogen, halogenated hydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon, methanol, iso Methanol, asphalt and putty (putty), etc.
