Baking paper (also called silicone paper/parchment paper) is made of 100% virgin wood pulp, both sides are processed by food grade silicone, so that it is oilproof,waterproof,non-stick and against high temperature to 230 celsius degree and 425ºF.Thanks to these features, our baking paper is widely used for food cooking,baking,steaming,roasting,grilling,freezing and food wrapping.

1.Product specifications covers packaging material, raw material and finished product that adequate and accurate requirement as standard such as migration limit, heavy metal and other performances and requirements from customer.
2.Manufacturing plan is established and implemented according to prescriptive specifications.
3.QA team performs incoming quality checking for each batch of raw material, packaging materials;Process inspection are arranged each hour with at least 1 QA staff in each workshop to make sure the product with same spec and packaging as required; Finished products inspection are arranged before delivery;
4.Using quality control traceability system makes it easy to track every part and product throughout the manufacturing process, from the moment when raw materials enter the factory to the moment when final products are shipped.
