A: Standards bolts etc. are packed in wood carton; Steel frames are packed using steel pallets to save the loading and unloading efforts and protect the frames from the delivery.

4. How to install after the goods arriving at the destination?
A: We will provide detailed illustrations to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee,air tickets, accommodation, wages will be paid by buyers.

A: The lifespan for Prefab house is 5 to 10year, Container house is 10-15years, Steel structure is 15-20years and Villa is 20-50years. The warranty period for all the house is 12months from the delivery.
