VCI PP Wrap Film (SF)

VCI PP Wrap film is one updated packaging product utilizing our state-of-art film and premium VCI technology, designed for various fields such as military industry, metallurgy, machineryl, etc. VCI PP Wrap film provides good performance of corrosion protection, waterproof feature and physical strength, and provides contact, barrier and Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) protection for up to one year depending on storage conditions.

Metal protected
VCI PP wrap film contains a multi-metal corrosion inhibitor and provides protection for steel, galvanized steel, colour coated steel, tin-plated steel, aluminum and alloy, etc.

Applications
Steel coils packaged in VCI PP wrap film receive continuous protection against salt, excessive humidity, condensation, moisture, aggressive industrial atmosphere and dissimilar metal corrosion. The volatile Corrosion Inhibitors vaporize and then condense on all metal surfaces in the enclosed package. VCI reaches every area of your metal product, protecting its exterior as well as hard to reach interior surfaces. You get complete product protection during storage as well as during domestic and overseas shipments, virtually eliminating any rust claims.

Contains no heavy metal substance, conforms to the safety regulations of SVCH and 94/62/EC in RoHS and Reach Directives.
VCI paper shall be stored in a dry, cold place and keep tightly close. The shelf life is 12 months after production date.
