ZJR VACUUM HOMOGENIZING MACHINE SERIES

A. Main Introduction:
Available for heating, melting, homogenizing and emulsifying materials, it is ideal device for paste-cream products of middle and high grades. This equipment includes oil phase boiler, water phase and emulsification vessels, and operation platform and control tank.
FEATURES:
A. With sufficient mill and emulsification for the high adherence (over 50000 C.P.S.), the diameter of the emulsified grain can reach 2-5 micron.
B. Using vacuum material sucking device with high frequency, simple and convenient operation.
C. The machine can be used for heating, melting, vacuum, homogenizing and cooling.
D. It is made of stainless steel and can be healthful and axenic in operation.
E. It is easy for cleaning.
F. The newest shearing and cutting homogenizing machine of non-clearance ceramic can make the diameter of the material reach 0.5micron.

1, Emulsification process of the Type ZJR series emulsifying vessel is completely under the airtight condition that prevents pollutions of dusts and micro organism, ensure the finished product meet with sanitary criterion.
2, Appearance of the emulsified grains is light and fine. The diameters of the grains are 2-5micron that increases the storage life and stability of the products.
3, The emulsification phase applies vacuum material feeding, the oil-water phase releases material with valve, easy operation.
4, The beater has four spatulas which is made of polytetrafluoroethylene. The spatulas are very close to the inner wall of the vessel when running that makes the wall clear.
5, A peephole on the cover of the vessel (there is no the peephole for the vessel less then 50 L) is for the operating personnel observing the emulsification condition in the vessel.
6, A temperature controller can be pre-set and is applied for temperature control. There is heat preservation layer out of the heating layer that can increase heating efficient and guarantee safety of operating personnel. Out of the heat preservation layer, there is stainless steel layer that makes the equipment appearance nice.
