1). Are you a trading company or a manufacture?

we are manufacturer located in zhongshang, for China market, we use brand "SOUL", for Oversea market, we established new company:
Billionways Business Equipment (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd to handle oversea business since year 2019.

2). Can I use my own brand on your stands?

we supply deep customized service, customer can use private brands, graphic, artworks on our stands. and more over, we can help to
make the design for free.

3). I want to create a display for our product, how can you help?

we need your product size, and some basic idea on how to display them: product quantity on one display; materials prefered;
flooring stand or counter top stand; any reference picture. it is ok if you do not have drawings, we can make the design very
soon. when structure design confirmed, then we can do rendering work, finally we will move to sample and order production.

4). How do you charge for sample?

we charge double price for sample, and repay half of it when order confirmed.

5). Lead time for sample?

Acrylic display sample: 3-5 days; Metal / Wood sample, 7-10 days.

6). Lead time for order?

Acrylic stand: First order, three weeks; Repeat order, two weeks.
Metal / Wood stand order, four weeks; Repeat order, three weeks.
