Safety Protection
1, The blade motor adopts current overload protection (OLP) ;
2, The guide arm has collision protection prompts;
3, The blade can't be started without clamping tight;
4, Leakage circuit protection .

Main drive System:
1,  Adopting gear reducer combined with frequency converter for transmission, hollow shaft and flange connection plate are connected to the main drive wheel and saw frame, with high torque, high transmission efficiency, low vibration, and low noise ;
2, The main drive motor adopts a variable frequency motor (with motor ventilation system) to output the number of revolutions .

Hydraulic Clamping System :
1, Using two sets of heavy-duty jaws for clamping ;
2, The jaws are located on both sides of the saw blade, ensuring a stable clamping effect;
3, The front and rear jaws can be individually controlled for tension/release;

Feeding System:
1,  The saw frame lifting adopts a large-diameter cast pipe chrome plated with square steel guiding design, which is jointly lifted and lowered by the main lifting oil cylinder and the auxiliary lifting oil cylinder. Its advantages include large guiding ratio, high guiding accuracy, and long-lasting precision, forming a stable sawing machine structure to ensure smooth lifting and lowering of the saw bow ;
2, The descent speed of the saw frame is infinitely adjustable from 0 to 1200mm/min. Work in and fast forward conversion function: When the saw frame is unloaded and descending, the fast descending valve in the system opens, allowing the saw frame to quickly approach the material being cut, saving time. .
