Wai Hang Sanitary Winery Ball Valve

  The brewing industry mainly adopts high quality ball valve manufacturing process. The valve body is made of 304L and 316L forged pieces which are acid, alkali and corrosion resistant, with high steel strength and higher acid and alkali under the action of temperature. It can effectively solve the common problems of the liquid medium such as plasticization and corrosion.

The brewing ball valve usually adopts a spherical valve core structure to control the flow of the medium by rotating the valve core. Its compact structure and good sealing can meet the high requirements for fluid control in the brewing process. In addition, the valve body, valve core and other key components of the brewing ball valve are often made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials to ensure the long-term stable operation of the valve.
 
The structure of the drain outlet is safe, sanitary and free of dead angle. When the alcohol medium passes through the valve, there is no adverse chemical reaction such as oxidation. It makes the valve run more durable and stable on the process pipeline.
