PROAIR TUMBLE DRYER MACHINE
Working Principle
PROAIR is a new concept of tumbling which provide various finishing results for different kinds of fabric.
With special designed venturi tube and high efficiency blower motor. PROAIR can provide a high speed suspend and transport for fabric. With serval times transporting, fabric will hit the stainless steel baffle repeatly. Which help to achieve a high efficiency tumbling and drying result.

Machine Features:
1. The upper and lower blower speed. Exhaust blower speed, entry and exit speed, temperature and fabric duration time inside the chamber, all are adjustable according to different textile material and process requirement.
2. All parameter including air flow, exhaust flow, machine speed, capacity can be set and monitored on color touch controller. The operator can recall the different program for different process.
3. Auto cleaning device for machine continuous running without machine stoppage.
