Welding Seamtracker--(STANDARD type)

Model: KB05, KB10,KB20
KB series welding Seam Tracker consists of sensor, control box and actuator (motorized slider), etc. Its working principle: Data on welding face variation is collected by sensor touching work-piece, calculated by control system, and then distance between welding torch and work-piece would be adjusted accordingly when necessary by actuator, assuring welding quality.
Using modularized design, this KB series could derive one-dimensional or multi-dimensional seam tracker upon request.
This KB series seam tracker, with high control accuracy and fast-response speed, is applicable to welding type, like TIG, CO2, MIG, SAW, etc. It is easy to use with various special equipments, like auto welding manipulator etc, performing high quality auto welding.
1. This sensor adopts imported components and advanced assembly technology from the Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace, with high quality, long service life.
The two-dimensional probe sensor. This probe sensor is applicable to overlap welding, fillet welding and butt welding, similar to other companies and some are changeable. Different probes, like mushroom-type, Y-type and roller-type etc, are available for different work-pieces.

2. Controller (see Chart 2): Using latest CPU as its core part and assembling with anti-jamming control procedure, this controller is high efficient and reliable. It has friendly human-computer interface, light touching keys with 100k time's life circle and graphics LCD, all of which make it much easier to operate, set procedure and control. Many wired or wireless remote controllers of this controller are optional parts according to special need. The same to our other products, this controller has RS232 and RS485 remote control function (If need, please notify in advance).
3. Actuator: This actuator is motorized high precision sliders, with once-through shape aluminum cover and reasonable compact structure. Inside, it uses linear ball bearing which runs fast and easily. It uses DC low voltage (DC 24V) motor as its drive element, which is completely up to European, American and many other countries safety standards.
