The all-in-one wire ring making and welding machine adopts hydraulic tangent, which has strong power, stable performance, high precision, compact structure and small volume; reasonable layout and low noise; exquisite craftsmenship and beautiful appearance. 2. The control system adopts the special controller for it, which ensure stable performance, and accurate product size and high precision. 3. In terms of welding, the machine adopts resistance butt welding, the welding part is smooth and flat, and the burr is small, which is very beneficial for the production of handicrafts. 4. The wire feeding wheel, straightening wheel, forming wheel of the machine are made of high-quality alloys, and have been vacuum heat treated for high wear resistance and long service life.
 
On the right side of the controller, there is a USB interface where you can import CAD files to the controller. In this way, there is no need for programming in the controller. This configuration requires an additional 1000USD on the basis of the original price.
