Configuration:
- Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 75mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.476mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.
- Door: 4 pcs of front doors with special rigid frame. Size: 4000(w) x 4800(h). 2 pc of emergency door.
- Air Intake System (2sets): Each set consists of 2x5.5kw intake fan. Total 4 units of 5.5kw intake fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.
- Air Exhaust System (2set): Each set consists of 1x7.5kw exhaust fan. Total 2 units of 7.5kw exhaust fan. Multi-layer fiberglass filter. Exhaust air from basement or two sides of wallboard.
- Heating System (2set): Each set consists of 1 units Italy Riello G20 diesel burner 200000Kcal/h. Total 2 units of burners,400000Kcal/h.The heat exchanger is made of 1.5mm thickness stainless steel which features more heat dissipating surface, better heat exchange and better burner efficiency.
- Lighting System: Ceiling light has 16 units x 4pcs of 24w lamps. Side light has 18 units x 4pcs of 24w lamps. Total 136 pcs of 24w lamps. 900 Lux.
- Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.
