Wlio Auto Paint Car Refinish 1K Primer Surfacer

Fast drying, easy sanding, single component primer surfacer, easy to use, good adhesion between the layers, strong filling and coverage ability, suitable to cover minor defects of the paint film.



Substrate: Dried and sanded existing finishes, completely dry putty layer

Surface Cleaning: Remove grease, silicon and other impurities with degreasing cleaning agent.

Mixing Ratio:
<20º C Primer Surfacer: X-1 Fast Drying Thinner = 1: 1-1.2
>20º C Primer Surfacer: X-2 Standard Thinner = 1: 1-1.2

Application Method: 2-3 layers single wet spray, 40-60 μ M thickness, the interval time is 5-8 mins

Spray Gun & Pressure:
Gravity Feed Spray Gun 1.2-1.6mm 3.0-4.0kg/cm²
Suction Spray Gun 1.3-1.8mm 3.0-4.0kg/cm²

Drying Time: 30 mins, 20º C

Sanding: Sand with 800# sand paper (wet grinding) or 400-600# sand paper (dry grinding)

Shelf Life: 24 months if stored in original sealed can at 20º C
