1. Material: All the iron scroll pattern are 5/8" solid bar, all the decorative parts are custom made or hammered. We can hammerWe can custom made design. it is combination of wrought iron profiles and hammered decorative parts. All the wrought iron stair railings are as per the custom made size and curved shape.
2. Full welding process, strong & safe and solid. The use of full welding process, strong bearing capacity, in the big impact force will not open welding, enhance the stair railing overall anti-impact ability.
3. All the wrought iron stair railings will be acid washed, sandblasting+hot zinc sprayed. And then primed with an epoxy primer, then with the black base coat, then the door is faux painted the surface color, and then clear-coated for final protection. We can custom made any colors as per customer's sample color. Which can keep it's original color for more than 5 years.
4. All of the wrought iron stair rails will be packed with iron crate as per the standard of shipping company.
