Product Description
1. Material: all the door jamb and door stile is 2x6" tube, and it is 12 gauge, iron scroll pattern is 5/8" square solid bar,
with 11/16" insulated and tempered waterfall glass window. We can custom made the wrought iron doors as per the picture or sketch from customers.
2. All the doors will be injected the polyurethane foam for insulation that is pumped into the tube. And glass window can be closed and opened indepently.
3. We can do any colors as per customer's sample color. Which can keep it's original color for more than 5 years.
4. It will be acid washed, sandblasting+hot zinc sprayed. And then primed with an epoxy primer, then with the black base coat, then the door is faux painted the surface color, and then clear-coated for final protection.
5. It will be packed with iron crate as per the standard of shipping company, and each side will be protected with Ply wood board.
6. We can arrange the shipment by sea or by air transportation according to the customer's needs.
