1. Could I get a sample to see the quality before placing the order?
Yes, we could provide a sample for free, but you need to pay the shipping cost. 


2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity?
MOQ of wholesale is 50pcs (1 small carton)
If you want to customize the hat with your own logo, MOQ is also 50pcs.
But price for customized hat is different from our wholesale hat.
Please send us your design idea so that we make the offer accordingly.


3. Can I have mixed colors for 50pcs?
Yes, no problem, just tell us the quantity of each color.


4. How to pay?
You can [Start Order] on the right top of this page, modify the Purchase Qty to be your total order quantity, and list the quantity of each color at the Remark part, and fill in your address, then summit the order, we will see it and confirm it with you. After confirmation,then you could pay on-line by your Paypal or Credit card.
 

5. How long do you need to send out the cargo?
After receiving your payment, we need 3-4 days to send out the cargo and provide you the tracking number.



6. What is your after-sales service?
We expect a long-term cooperation, so before delivery, we will check the quality again. Anyway, if you find any quality problem, we will solve the problem for you.

25pcs/polybag then 50pcs/carton if order quantity is 50pcs (Weight around 5KG)
Or 50pcs/polybag then 100pcs/carton (Weight around 10KG)
Or 50pcs/polybag then 200pcs/carton (Weight around 17KG)

Type of shipping for big orders:  By sea, By air or By train.
If your order quantity is big, please contact us first, we could offer you a lower shipping cost separately, instead of the one from system. The one from system is UPS express cost. We have many choice for logistics.
