1. Products Characteristics
The series aluminum housing three-phase asnchronous motors are the latest design and are made of selected quality materials and conform to the international IEC standard.YS motors have a very safe and reliable performance, are attactivein appearance and can be easily maintained. They have low noise with little vibration but at the same time are light weight andof simple construction. The series motors can be used for general electric motor applications.
2. Main Materials
• Housing: Aluminum profile 6063 (frame 063-132)
• Flange end cover and back cover: YL102 die cast aluminum alloy
• Stator core and rotor punching sheet: non-oriented high grade silicon steel sheet
3. Surface Painting
Case and flange end cover:
• Shot peening treatment, and then by plastic spray treatment, to ensure no obvious color difference, and resistant to gasoline, xylene and other organic solvents corrosion;
• After phosphating, spray hot setting plastic powder.
4. Conditions of use
