High forming pressure, suitable for stainless steel, titanium plate and other metal plate high precision stamping forming process .It is mainly used for sheet metal stamping of plate heat exchangers, high grade door embossing forming, cutting and drawing of thick wall stainless steel materials, drawing, extrusion and stamping forming of aluminum profiles. Electronic parts, jewelry, door locks, bending and stamping of large plates.

1. Prestressing steel wire winding structure is adopted. Under ultra-high pressure working conditions, the oil cylinder has high life, good anti-fatigue performance, no risk of frame fracture or cylinder burst, and good safety
2. Adopt fast flushing, fast pressure relief technology, large flow pressure boosting technology, and high working efficiency
3. The maximum working pressure of the main cylinder shall not exceed 80MPA. Considering the stability and sealing performance of components under ultra-high pressure, it has good stability and reliability in long-term use and high comprehensive cost performance
4. Servo motor pump control system, accurate pressure control, low energy consumption, low noise
5. Different parts of the pressed product can be of different thickness
