Yzr/Yz Series Electric Induction Crane Motor

Description:
YZ, YZR series motors are specially used for driving various types of crane and metallurgical machinery or other similar equipment.
YZ series is with squirrel cage rotor.
YZR series is with slip ring rotor (wound rotor).

Working conditions:
*Ambient conditions
1. Ambient temperature: -15ºC~40ºC (60ºC for metallurgical motor)
2. Altitude: within 1000meters
3. Under frequent/obvious mechanical vibration and shock.
*Loading conditions
1. Under frequent starting/reversing.
2. Under frequent electric/mechanical braking.
*Power conditions
1. Power supply: 380v/50Hz, or as customer required
2. Connection: Y(star) for power within 132Kw, Δ(delta) for rest
*Duty:
YZ/YRZ series motors are suitable for intermittent periodic loading. According to  the loadings, they are always used on the following duties.
--S3,  intermittent periodic duty. It is a sequence of identical duty cycles including constant load operation period, rest and de-energized period.
--S4, intermittent periodic duty type with starting. A sequence of identical duty cycles including significant starting period,  constant load operation operation period, rest and de-energized period.
--S5, intermittent periodic duty type with electric braking. It is a sequence of identical duty cycles including the starting period, operation period, quick electric braking period, rest, and de-energized period.
