Z94 Series Core Shooting Machine for Sand Core Manufacturing in Sand Casting

Z94 series vertical fractionated hot core box core shooting machine is widely used in the casting workshop of automobile, sewing machine, tractor, agricultural machinery and other industries with the advantages of savin2g sand core cost, good sand core aeration, low air emission casting surface, high precision and good mechanical properties, and is accepted by more and more users.


This machine is a double injection head, which can shoot two sets of molds at the same time. It can also be used separately. The shooting head is movable, the shooting cavity is in two different stations for adding sand and shooting sand, the shooting head is hung by four front and rear rollers on the guide rail, the shooting head shooting cavity is combined with the outer shell by four pressure springs, the moving shooting head is driven by the cylinder, it can run back and forth in the sand adding and shooting stations, the shooting cavity can be pressed down to press the shooting head and the core box, the spring will reset the shooting head after the pressure is released.


Suitable for phenolic resin laminated sand curing by electric and steam heating, producing sand core or sand type with good strength and finish, using pneumatic, hydraulic or gas-hydraulic combined drive: mold, sand injection plate quick change device and loose sand device for user's option,using Japan Omron PLC for control, up-blowing type device, with automatic turning, vibration sand discharge and other functions, suitable for mass production, medium size, complex shape, as well as the inner cavity requirements of higher casting sand core. This machine adopts electric heating and automatic temperature control.


LCD screen parameter setting, process display, fault diagnosis, manual and automatic control, automatic digital display temperature control. After the mold is opened, the mold plate can be turned down 90° to complete the automatic core connection and move out to take the core function, the mold plate movement adopts high-frequency quenching and hard chromium-plated guide rail, high precision of mold closing, long service life, the mold can be multi-directional pumping fast, the equipment is equipped with buffer parts to make the equipment movement fast without impact, the equipment has a long service life, electromagnetic overflow air-cooled hydraulic station to reduce oil temperature and delay component fatigue.
